VIDEO: First Passengers Ride The Hyperloop, Get Ready For 600MPH Trains

Virgin Hyperloop says the first ride of a super high-speed pod transport with human passengers was a success. The company announced yesterday that the ride was carried out at its test site in Las Vegas where it reached speeds of 107 miles per hour. Virgin Hyperloop is working toward a future where pods carrying people and cargo speed silently through vacuum tubes at 600 miles per hour. A 500-million-dollar proving ground in West Virginia is also being planned.
