The Satanic Temple says it's taking legal action against Netflix and the show The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina over copyright infringement. In question is a statue in the show of Baphomet, an occult deity. The statue in the show looks an awful like one designed in recent years by the temple. In the show, the statue is on display at a witchcraft school. Temple co-founder Lucien Greaves said it's problematic because it cheapens their own icon. He's also concerned that the statue in the show represents something evil and will stir up fear of his group.
