Swimming is once again allowed at a beach in Northern France after it was banned because of a frisky dolphin. The dolphin, nicknamed Zafar, has been long known in the area but lately has been getting a bit sexually aggressive with swimmers. It got so bad that the mayor of Landevennec has banned swimming when the dolphin is out on the prowl. Failure to do so could have resulted a $45 fine. As of Monday, however, Zafar has apparently moved on to more fertile seas.
