Indiana AG Happy With Court Ruling Against First Church Of Cannabis

Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill is pleased the First Church of Cannabis will not be able to use marijuana as a sacrament.  The Marion Superior Court ruled against the church on Friday.  The church had filed a lawsuit against the Attorney General's Office under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.  The court found the church does not practice a religion, but is a group of marijuana activists.
