WARNING: STRONG LANGUAGE
Robert De Niro is not holding back his feelings towards President Trump. De Niro was at the Tony Awards last night to introduce a performance by Bruce Springsteen, and hurled the "F" word twice at the commander-in-chief. He also said there needs to be more transparency in government. A CBS spokesperson said "De Niro's comments were unscripted and unexpected." Playwright Tony Kushner said at a press conference after the show that he agrees with De Niro, saying "this person should not be anywhere near the seat of power."
