A woman who was fired for flipping off President Trump's motorcade while riding her bicycle is suing her former employer. Government contractor Akima LLC fired Juli Briskman after a photo of her raising a middle-finger salute as Trump's motorcade drove past her last October went viral. The company said it fired the 50-year-old woman because the photo violated the firm's social media policy. Briskman filed suit yesterday, arguing the firm violated Virginia employment law and her First Amendment right to free speech.
