Ohio Spot Named Among '10 Best Coastal Small Towns' In The U.S.

Summer is finally here and what better way to spend a fun vacation than with a relaxing trip to a town along the coast, soaking up the sun and taking a dip in the water to cool off in the warm temperatures. Fortunately, you don't have to go too far as one of the best coastal towns in the country is right here in Ohio.

According to USA Today's 10 Best Readers' Choice 2024, a spot in Ohio is among the 10 Best Coastal Small Towns around the U.S. Coming in at No. 7 is Sandusky, a fun spot along Lake Erie that has plenty of exciting activities and restaurants to make a trip to this destination a must.

Here's what the site had to say about Sandusky:

"This Ohio town on the coast of Lake Erie is home to Cedar Point — one of the top roller coaster-laden amusement parks in the country — but there's more to Sandusky than thrill rides.
