Former first-round pick Cam Reddish will reportedly soon reunite with Duke teammate RJ Barrett in the Big Apple.

The New York Knicks have acquired Reddish from the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for former first-round pick Kevin Knox and a protected 2022 first-round pick via the Charlotte Hornets, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

"The Atlanta Hawks are trading forward Cam Reddish to the New York Knicks for a deal that includes a protected 2022 first-round pick via Charlotte. Knicks also acquire Solomon Hill and a 2025 second-round pick via Brooklyn in trade.

Reddish, 22, is currently playing on his rookie deal and will be eligible for an extension this summer.

The Pennsylvania native was selected at No. 10 overall in the 2019 NBA Draft, rounding out a top 10 that also included Duke teammates Zion Williamson -- selected at No. 1 overall by the New Orleans Pelicans -- and Barrett, who went to the Knicks at No. 3 overall.

Reddish is currently averaging 11.9 points in 34 games during his third NBA season, despite playing in just 23.4 minutes per game, the lowest average of his career.

Knox was selected by the Knicks at No. 9 overall in the 2018 NBA Draft, but has seen limited action, appearing in just 13 games and averaging 8.5 minutes per game during the 2021-22 season.
