AMBER ALERT CANCELED: Woman Who Allegedly Abducted Child Turns Herself In

( Symmes Twp ) - UPDATE:  Critical missing juvenile Malayah Sisco has been found, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff. 

The Sheriff's Office says Ashley Hardy turned herself into District Four in Cincinnati at around 11 a.m.  Malayah appeared to be in good spirits, healthy and clean. 

Hardy is her biological mother and has been taken into custody and charged with a count of Abduction and a Felony Protection Order violation. 

ORIGINAL STORY: 

An Amber Alert was declared in Ohio just before 8 o'clock on Thursday evening as police look for a child who was allegedly abducted.

Police say 26-year-old Ashley Hardy (pictured above) abducted 6-year-old Malayah Sisco (pictured below) from a home on Mason Way in Symmes Twp, not far from the intersection of Mason Road and Fields Ertel Road.

Malayah was last seen wearing a grey sleeveless shirt with red and blue designs on the front and a grey skirt with brown shoes. Her hair was in braids with red and blue beads.

Police have recovered a Chevy Traverse they believe was used in the abduction and Celina Evans has been arrested for helping kidnap the child.
