On the day federal agents announced the arrest of a man who wanted to bomb Independence Day activities in Cleveland, Florence Police announced that 51-year-old Allan Summers has been charged with terroristic threatening in a separate case.
Investigators say they were contacted Sunday about alarming posts that Summers was allegedly making on Facebook.
