( Cincinnati, OH ) - Cincinnati Police are looking for a man who assaulted an O-T-R bar manager early Sunday morning.
Investigators say Lucien Lanier (pictured above) struck Jennifer Watts in the face with a closed fist after a minor car accident on Sycamore St.
The incident happened just before 1am Sunday, in a parking lot in the 1100 block.
Watts remains in serious condition after undergoing surgery.
Felonious Assault charges were filed against Lanier on Wednesday. He was last seen driving a newer model, tan, four-door sedan.
