( Butler County ) - Criminal charges have now been filed related to the prom night crash that ultimately killed 17-year-old Kaylie Jackson (pictured above) last month.
In a statement on Thursday, the Butler County Sheriff says the 17-year-old girl who was driving the 2013 Tesla is charged with vehicular homicide and two counts of vehicular assault. Two teen boys riding in the car were injured.
That teen driver was allegedly speeding and lost control on Milikin Road, striking a telephone pole. Jackson was ejected and died from her injuries a few days later.
