Eagles Release Daryl Worley Following Arrest


The Eagles are parting ways with recently-acquired cornerback Daryl Worley.  He was released following his arrest in Philadelphia on Sunday morning.  Worley was found passed out inside a vehicle blocking a highway and needed to be tased after allegedly becoming combative toward police.  A gun was found at the scene of the incident which occured near the Eagles' team facility. 

Worley was acquired from the Panthers in a deal that sent wideout Torrey Smith to Carolina.
