(Cincinnati, OH) -- A Cincinnati man faced a judge today, accused of critically injuring a 15-month-old girl.
Recardo Woods caused Kassidy Smith to suffer brain injuries that have left her on life support, according to police.
Woods is charged with felonious assault but upgraded charges of murder are expected as the baby is not expected to survive.
Woods also remains under investigation for injuries caused to Kassidy's three-month-old sister last week at her grandmother's home. Korrie has some bleeding on her brain but is expected to survive.
Woods had his bond set Monday at $500,000.
