( GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH ) -- A father will stay in custody after being arrested for driving high with his son in the car.
James Beasley was sentenced to 60 days in jail. In January, Beasley’s car crashed along Ruwes Oak Road in Green Township. His 11-year-old son was in the car with him at the time and told police he had to grab the wheel after his father nodded off.
It took six doses of Narcan to revive Beasley. On body cam footage, he admitted to snorting heroin shortly before the crash.
