Cold Man River

You'll often hear people refer to the clouds, like these, on the Ohio River, in cold weather, as "steam".  But it's not steam.  Steam only happens when water boils.  Generally, that's 212 degrees, Fahrenheit.  And it's definitely not 212 degrees on the river right now.
