The first pitch cat

Tara the "Hero Cat," who saved a little boy from a dog attack, was welcomed by the minor league baseball Bakersfield Blaze last night. Tara threw out the ceremonial first pitch  The boy, four-year-old Jeremy Triantafilo threw out a pitch as well.
Mr. Perfect, Tom Browning, is the pitching coach of the Blaze. Reds pitching prospect and Blaze pitcher Ben Lively (7-1 0.81) volunteered to catch the first pitches.
