(700 WLW)- The victims in Tuesdays crash on I-71, that shutdown the interstate for hours, have been identified. The multi vehicle accident occurring in Clinton County on I-71, between US 68 and State Route 73. Ohio State Highway Patrol saying initial reports have a 2007 Freightliner tractor-trailer with a blowout of the left front tire that starting the crash. Troopers have identified the victims as 63 year old Karen Stutrude from Oregonia, Ohio and 55 year old Timothy Brown Sr of Lewisburg, Tennessee.
