(Cincinnati) - A grand jury has indicted the driver in the death of Dameon Turner on the Hopple Street viaduct.
Cincinnati Police say Satwinder Singh was driving under the influence when he jumped the curb, crashed into the 2-year-old's stroller and then drove off.
Singh is facing charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular assault and leaving the scene of an accident. Prosecutor Joe Deters says Singh was also arrested in Kentucky just before Christmas for driving under the influence and possession of drugs.
Officials say Singh had to be given Narcan after the crash. He's being held on a million dollar bond.
