(700 WLW)- The Ohio State Highway Patrol continuing their investigation after a fatal accident Monday night on Interstate 275 near Milford Parkway in Union Township. 38 year old, Dustin Traylor of Foster Kentucky was traveling southbound on 275 when his vehicle struck the rear of a school bus. Traylor was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries. Traylor was NOT wearing a seat belt.
