( Hamilton County ) - A sheriff's deputy is facing a criminal charge after two women say he harassed them online.
Sheriff Jim Neil says that his office received a complaint from a woman earlier this month that a deputy sent her explicit pictures and videos of himself. The 18-year-old woman says 25-year-old Deputy Josh Noel pulled her over on August 5, and within two days, he was contacting her through her social media accounts and sending her the indecent images.
A second woman has also allegedly come forward with similar complaints, though a statement from the sheriff says that Deputy Noel did not meet her through his employment in the sheriff's office.
Deputy Noel is charged with two counts of telecommunications harassment, and he's been placed on administrative leave pending the criminal case.
