President Trump is not giving up on repealing and replacing Obamacare. During a White House news conference yesterday, Trump praised efforts by House Republican leaders to craft a revised bill. He said the measure is evolving and is getting "better and better."
The renewed effort follows the collapse of a House Republican healthcare bill last month. Trump said he hopes to see the bill on the floor of the House soon. Meantime, Trump expressed confidence that there will not be a government shutdown anytime soon. The government runs out of money late next week without a funding extension.
