The Reds have signed free agent Major League reliever Drew Storen to a one year contract Monday. The Indiana native gets a $3 million dollar contract.

He is coming off a down year in 2016 going 4-3 with Toronto and Seattle but from 2010 to 2015, he posted a 3.02 ERA with 95 saves with the Washington Nationals.

Storen is a high school teammate of Reds catcher Tucker Barnhart.
