(West End) -- There were no injuries reported, but several neighbors had to be evacuated after a three-story building partially collapsed, Monday morning.

Cincinnati Police closed off Liberty Street, a block in each direction from the intersection with John Street.

Cincinnati District Fire Chief Duane Hearth says when they arrived there were two men standing outside, who had been working inside, and were able to escape.  Because the structure that collapsed shares a basement with two other buildings, they were all evacuated.

The former Liberty Lounge was built in 1875, according to the Hamilton County Assessor's website.
