(Cincinnati)- Two years ago, a truck driver was driving south along I-75 when one of the tires flew off which killed a 22-year-old University of Cincinnati student; that man will now face his fate come Monday.

64-year-old, Paul Lallier of Hamilton, was driving a triple axle semi truck when one of the improperly placed wheels flew off and hit the windshield of 22-year-old Dylan Morrison.

Lallier pleaded guilty last month for vehicular homicide and obstructing justice, but was delayed sentencing until Monday because the judge wanted to look into the case more. Lallier could possibly face up to one year in jail.
