( Cincinnati ) - Clearasil, Crisco, Duncan Hines, Dryel, and Hawaiian Punch are all brands that Procter & Gamble owned but eventually sold off. Joining that list on Wednesday are pet food brands Eukanuba, Iams, and Natura.

P&G is selling its pet food division to Mars Inc, for $2.9 billion. Mars is known for making candy like Milky Way and Skittles, but it has a pet food division of its own with brands like Pedigree, Sheba, and Whiskas.

The deal should close later this year.
