(Lebanon, Oh,)--A man who robbed Bank in Franklin in October 2013, has entered a guilty plea.

James Lawson, 39, plead guilty in Warren County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday.

On Oct. 10, Lawson entered a National Bank & Trust Co. branch in Franklin bank at 9:50 a.m., passed a teller a note saying he had a gun and wanted cash and fled the bank with $870.

Lawson was picked up by police the following day thanks to bank surveillance photos and tips. He will serve five years in prison and must pay restitution.
