(Cincinnati, OH.)—The man accused of killing a teenager in a car crash was arraigned on Thursday.

Larry Molloy appeared at a Hamilton County courtroom being charged with two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, one count of child endangering, and one count of tampering with evidence.

Molloy, 41, is accused of speeding over 100 mph while under the influence of alcohol which made him lose control of his SUV and crashed into a guardrail on Interstate 275.

The crash ejected Damion Henderson from the back seat and killed him.

Molloy faces up to 12 and a half years if convicted on all charges.
