(Cincinnati) -- There's a lot going on downtown this weekend: the Bunbury Music Festival, the American Legion Department of Ohio, and Auxiliary is holding its 96th annual meeting, and members of the International Association of Firefighters arrive in the city.

About 2,500 firefighters from across the United States and Canada start their convention, Monday.  IAFF President Harold Schaitberger says they have a lot to talk about, including how to deal with "active shooter situations", expanding paramedic services to the elderly in communities, and fundraising for charity.

Schaitberger says they'll also unveil a new public service campaign aimed at stopping texting while driving.
