( Downtown ) - Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters says the nine people from last week's Greenpeace protest at Procter and Gamble have been indicted.

The suspects hail from all over the country: Maryland, Washington DC, Illinois, California, and New York. They're charged with burglary and vandalism.

The suspects allegedly entered Procter and Gamble about 1pm March 4th wearing business suits with fake ID's and carrying suitcases. Investigators say they went to a specific floor, secured the windows, and rappelled down the building to hang a pair of 60-foot banners. Deters says they did $17,000 damage.

The suspects face a maximum penalty of 9 1/2 years in prison and a $20,000 fine if convicted.
