(Cincinnati) A grandmother is under arrest for aggravated vehicular homicide and theft. Officers report 43-year-old Geanna Mitchell was speeding, intoxicated, and driving with out a valid driver's license when the stolen Ford Explorer she was driving hit the side barrier on the Clay Wade Bailey Bridge flipping the car on its top. Her grandson, 4-year-old Logan Mitchell, was pronounced dead at the hospital. Geanna's  nine year old daughter, Raine Mitchell, suffered minor injures in the crash and is expected to be ok. Geanna Mitchell was taken to UC Medical Center where she was treated and released. Officers say she stole the SUV from a relative.
