(Cincinnati) Flooding a concern as the snow and ice melt with rain Thursday. The Ohio River is expected to hit 40 feet Friday afternoon putting it into the Action Level that means flooding becomes a concern. The rise of the river expected to continue with it hitting 47 feet on Monday which means expected flooding in California, Ohio spreads further up Eldorado street and worsens along Kellogg Avenue near near Coney Island and Riverbend Music Theater. The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch from Thursday afternoon through early morning Friday.
