(Cincinnati, OH.)—Former Bengals cheerleader has to return the $338,000 she won in a lawsuit.

Sarah Jones sued thedirty.com owner Nik Richie when rumors of her sexual history were posted on the site in 2012.

Jones said that Richie had allowed their posting with an act of malice.

Under the federal Communications Decency Act of 1996 that gives websites immunity from liability for content posted by users, Jones should not have been able to sue Richie.


Judges have upheld this law countless of times.
