( Cincinnati ) - Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters says a grand jury has now indicted 21-year-old Kendall Flucas on one count of conspiracy to commit murder.
Flucas was already charged with aggravated robbery and felonious assault from an incident this past September where he allegedly attacked a delivery man in a bathroom at Cincinnati State University. Flucas was a student there when investigators say he asked the delivery man for change for a $20 bill, then hit him with a large rock and robbed him. The victim was hospitalized with staples to his head.
The prosecutor says while in jail on those charges, Flucas tried to hire someone to kill the victim.
